If payment proof, reference numbers, or related payment details are submitted through the system, they will be used only for payment verification, booking confirmation, record-keeping, and dispute resolution.

8. Losses and Damages Concerns

Charges for lost or damaged resort property are handled outside the booking system. If a losses or damages concern arises, the resort admin or management may use the booking information already provided by the guest to contact the guest directly regarding the matter.
