Terms and Conditions
Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a booking, paying the required downpayment, or using the GoldDiamond Resorts booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
Section 2 — Purpose of the System
The booking system is provided to allow guests to:
- Create an account
- View available resort packages, amenities, and booking dates
- Submit reservation requests
- Pay the required downpayment
- Receive booking updates
- Communicate with resort management regarding their reservation
Section 3 — Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You must provide true, complete, and updated information when using the system. GoldDiamond Resorts may decline, suspend, or cancel a booking request in case of false, misleading, incomplete, or suspicious information.
Bookings must be made by a person who is at least eighteen (18) years old, or by a person authorized to transact on behalf of the guest group.
Section 4 — Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a reservation through the system means the guest is requesting to reserve an available date. A booking becomes automatically confirmed once the guest successfully pays the required downpayment for an available date through the system.
First-payment basis: The system follows a first-successful-payment basis to prevent double booking. If two or more users attempt to book the same date at nearly the same time, only the first successfully completed and recorded payment will be accepted for that date. Once payment is successfully received, the selected date will no longer be available to other users.
If the payment is not completed, fails, is interrupted, or is not successfully recorded by the system, the booking shall not be considered confirmed.
Section 5 — Downpayment Policy
Downpayment Amount: PHP 2,000.00 (fixed, regardless of package size or add-ons)
- The downpayment is part of the reservation process and shall be credited toward the guest's total booking amount, subject to the resort's final billing and package terms.
- Failure to pay the required downpayment within the allowed time may result in automatic release of the selected date.
Section 6 — Remaining Balance, Walk-Ins, and On-Site Add-Ons
- The system collects only the required downpayment for reservation purposes.
- Any remaining balance, additional charges, on-site add-ons, excess guests, or walk-in charges shall be paid directly to authorized resort staff in person during check-in, stay, or as instructed by management.
- On-site add-ons and walk-in requests are subject to availability and approval by resort staff or management.
Section 7 — Cancellation and Refund Policy
STRICT NO-CANCELLATION POLICY
All confirmed bookings are subject to a strict no-cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed, the guest may not cancel the reservation through the system, and the downpayment is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Exceptions — Refund or cancellation may be considered in the following cases:

Guests are advised to review this policy carefully before completing payment. By paying the downpayment, the guest acknowledges and accepts this no-cancellation policy.
Section 8 — Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule a confirmed booking only under the following conditions:
- The request is made at least seven (7) days before the check-in date
- The requested new date is still available and not yet booked
- The request is reviewed and approved by the resort
- The request follows the resort's flexible booking limit (see Section 9)
Important:
- Rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before check-in will not be accepted.
- If the requested replacement date is unavailable, the guest must choose another available date, subject to resort approval.
Section 9 — Flexible Booking Limit
- If the system or management allows flexible booking or date movement, the maximum flexible booking period is up to five (5) days only.
- Any request beyond the five-day flexible booking limit shall be subject to denial unless expressly approved by resort management.
Section 10 — Resort Rules and Guest Conduct
All guests must follow the rules of GoldDiamond Resorts during their stay. Guests must behave properly and avoid acts that may endanger other guests, staff, or resort property.
GoldDiamond Resorts may refuse entry, remove guests, or deny continued use of the resort in cases involving:
- Violence, threats, or harassment
- Illegal drugs or illegal activities
- Serious intoxication causing disturbance
- Damage to resort property
- Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct
- Violation of resort policies
Section 11 — Losses and Damages
- Charges for lost or damaged resort property, equipment, or items are not automatically computed or paid through the booking system.
- These matters shall be assessed by the resort, and the guest shall be contacted directly by resort admin or management regarding the corresponding payment, settlement, or action required.
Section 12 — Check-In, Check-Out, and Stay Conditions
- Guests must follow the official check-in and check-out schedule of the resort.
- Early check-in, late check-out, extra guests, or special requests are subject to approval and may result in additional charges.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the package inclusions, limits, and additional fees before and during their stay.
Section 13 — Pricing and Availability
- All package rates, add-ons, date availability, and booking details shown in the system may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- The resort reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing mistakes, incomplete content, or system-related inaccuracies before confirmation of a booking.
Section 14 — System Availability
GoldDiamond Resorts will make reasonable efforts to keep the system available and accurate, but does not guarantee that the system will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The resort may suspend, update, or limit access to the system for maintenance, security, technical issues, or operational reasons.
Section 15 — Limitation of Liability
GoldDiamond Resorts shall not be liable for losses caused by:
- Incorrect information provided by the user
- Internet or device problems
- Payment delays outside the resort's control
- Failure of the user to follow booking instructions and resort rules
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that users may have under applicable Philippine laws.
Section 16 — Privacy
Your use of the system is also governed by the GoldDiamond Resorts Privacy Policy. By using the system, you acknowledge that your personal data may be collected and processed for reservation, communication, payment verification, customer support, security, and lawful business purposes.
Section 17 — Changes to These Terms
GoldDiamond Resorts may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version posted in the system shall apply to future use of the platform.
